Description:
A new build of 12,000 m2 of logistical space and 2,400 m2 of office space provided with a complete electrical system, control engineering system, security system, a part of which is class 4, and a data system.

Implementation time: 16 weeks
Description:
Renovation of two production areas with an increased hygiene class and a new build of two airlocks provided with a complete electrical system, lightning and earthing system, data system and access control.
Audax

Implementation time: 13 months
Description:
Systems in new builds such as offices, a warehouse with a height of 23 m, a canteen, squash centre with dressing accommodations and replacement of the conventional climate-technical equipment, such as rooftop units, by a source system for cooling and heating purposes. Furthermore, the split units in the offices and the gas heaters in the warehouses were replaced by air treatment units.
