You will be assigned a dedicated contact for all matters regarding Services & Maintenance; a person who truly knows the ins and outs of your building and the installations. When notifying us of a malfunction, you will also be immediately put through to one of our all-round servicemen, even outside office hours. They will come by within the agreed upon response time.
Our servicemen can login to the Building Management System (BMS) from anywhere while on the road. With the use of this system, ENVO can monitor and inspect your larger installations from a distance. The big advantage for you is that in case of a possible malfunction, our servicemen can visit you with knowledge of the problem and with the right spare parts.
