Designer Outlet Centre Roermond
Location: Roermond
Client: Strabag Nederland BV, Dordrecht
Architect: Henk Wolters Architecten, Melick
Implementation time: 1st phase: 7 months; 2nd phase: 11 months
Description:
A shopping centre for which ENVO implemented the mechanical and electrotechnical engineering systems. The stores are provided with air treatment systems, heating, cooling, drinking water and sanitary facilities. In several buildings, control cabinets are placed that together take care of an all-comprising control system.

Description:
Redevelopment existing store and integration of new floor on top of existing store. Complete store surface area including warehouses of 1,200 m² provided with complete electrical systems and data system.
