Operating procedure
By creating the design in close cooperation with the end user, ENVO transforms wishes into solutions that work with as little investment costs (total cost of ownership) as possible and low energy use. This applies to both our mechanical engineering and electrical systems.
As an independent party, ENVO can implement any concept for you no matter how big, small or complex; always attuned to and in service of your processes. For installations that last at least as long as the building for which they are developed.
Private workshops and warehouse
The prefabrication of, among others, distributors, pipe parts and backup structures takes place at our own workshops, resulting in a quick and efficient installation at your location. Our employees can also use the workshop and the warehouse 24/7 for a quick and effective service for Services & Maintenance.
Implementation from A to Z
Preparation
Immediately after assignment, ENVO puts together a project team consisting of at least a project leader, process engineer and draughtsman. If necessary, we expand this team with specific professionals, mostly with a higher professional or university education. The project team draws up the working drawings, attunes implementation plans to the engineering plans and coordinates an efficient execution.
Execution
The project leader employs the right people, both in number and in skill, takes care of a prompt demand of the purchased materials and supervises their proper use. Any possible changes to the plans are processed during the execution so all revision data is correct upon completion.
Support
After completion and occupation, the project is turned over to ENVO's Services & Maintenance. This department provides prompt service and warranty. A tailor-made maintenance plan ensures that the installation functions optimally in the short and long term.

Mechanical engineering systems, which are designed by using advanced computer techniques, are constructed to size and assembled by professionals at our own workshops. The workshops are fully equipped for the design and construction of air ducts. If necessary, the original design can be adjusted on-site - of course, only within the accepted quality and safety standards thanks to the experience and flexibility of our employees.
