Description:
Centrally-integrated warehouse with offices and canteen provided with central heating, cooling, air treatment with humidification, sewage and rainwater discharge and tap water system.
BEL town hall

Description:
For the cooperation between Blaricum, Eemnes and Laren (BEL), a new office building was constructed containing a large central hall with service desks and, in the three legs, the offices of the municipalities, a conference room with a large council chamber, committee rooms and reading rooms for municipal councillors, as well as the administration wing for the municipal authorities of Eemnes with the police post, Social Support Act desk and a wedding room. Underneath the building, there is a car park with 90 parking spaces and an area reserved for bicycles. For this project, ENVO took care of the water system, such as air treatment with heat recovery, water, sanitary facilities, water mains, rainwater infiltration system with overflow to surface water, sewage, cooling and thermal energy storage.
