Montevideo Rotterdam

Description:
Montevideo offers luxury apartments, tasteful offices, trendy bars and restaurants and fancy stores. This tower, which is over 150 metres high, takes up a prominent place at the end of the Wilheminapier besides Hotel New York. ENVO installed the water installations and sprinkler installations for all 192 apartments.
Witte Keizer Rotterdam

Description:
The seventy metre-high tower combines space for living, working and parking in the centre of Rotterdam. For this project, ENVO implemented the water installations, such as sewage, central heating, drinking water systems and the sprinkler installation, from design through execution.
Admirant Eindhoven

Description:
The first layers of this apartment tower are intended for stores and offices; the apartments are constructed from the fifth floor and up. For this project, ENVO took care of all water installations, such as floor heating and floor cooling, but also drinking water systems, sewage and ventilation.
Red Apple Rotterdam

Description:
ENVO implemented the electricity, water and sprinkler installations for this high-quality building of over 125 metres high which houses luxury apartments, tasteful offices and trendy and fancy stores.
Scheepmakerstoren Rotterdam
Location: Rotterdam
Client: Bouwbedrijf Midreth, Mijdrecht
Architect: SOL Design + Development, Sliedrecht
Implementation time: 33 months
Description:
The Scheepsmakerstoren consists of one apartment per floor. The façade with terrace has been fitted from top to bottom with a glass front. On the top floor, a recreational room is situated with, amongst others, a swimming pool. The roof is provided with a sun deck. At the bottom of the building, there are 3 parking decks. ENVO implemented all water installations, such as central heating, cooling, air treatment, sewage, drinking water, etc. for this project.
